YPKK fan high-voltage motor series frequency conversion three-phase asynchronous motor (seat number 355-800) is a series of products developed and manufactured on the basis of the original Y/YKK series high-voltage motor. This series of motors are used in conjunction with transducers to control the speed of motor operation and meet the production needs of industrial and mining machinery and equipment. This series of motors are of strong universal type. Their voltage and power levels are equal to those of Y and YKK high voltage squirrel cage motors, so they can be replaced indiscriminately.

The fan variable frequency high voltage motor meets the IEC international standard, and the mechanical dimensions and tolerances of each component conform to the corresponding national and international standards.

YPKK high-voltage frequency conversion three-phase asynchronous motor is also box-type structure, the seat is welded by steel plate, light weight, good stiffness. The high-voltage motor of the fan is closed, and the top of the motor is equipped with an independent frequency converter air-to-air cooler.

The stator winding of YPKK fan variable frequency high voltage motor is made of F-grade heat-resistant insulating material. The top of the winding is tied reliably. The YKK high voltage motor has good insulation performance and mechanical strength by vacuum pressure impregnation. The rotor adopts a squirrel cage structure with reliable cast aluminium or copper conductors. There are two types of bearings: rolling bearings and sliding bearings.

YPKK fan high-voltage speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motor can be used in power plants, water plants, petrochemical, metallurgical, mining and other industries. Such as compressors, pumps, fans, and other mechanical equipment. The motor has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, low vibration, light weight, reliable quality, convenient installation and maintenance.

This type of motor is suitable for use in areas where ambient air temperature does not exceed 40 C and there is no serious dust, the lowest ambient air temperature is - 15 C, and there is no corrosive and explosive gas in the air (which can also be made into motor in hot and humid areas or plateau areas).
