YVP series VVVF adjustable speed motors is a three-phase induction motors powered by AC inverter.It matched with inverter can widely smoothly adjust speed for saving energy and automatic control.

YVP series motors have more advantageous features that are high efficiency, widely adjust speed

range, high precision, steady running and convenient operating and maintain. Meanwhile, the installation dimensions are in accord with the International Electro technical Commission (IEC) standard, with the continuous S1 standard working system.

That s Rated voltage is 380V,rated frequency is 50Hz, insulation class is F and protection class is IP54 or IP55.Under the VVVF control condition the torque-constant adjustable speed range is 3- 50Hz and the power-constant adjustable speed range is 50-100Hz.

YVP series motors have been widely used in that field just as steel rolling drive, crane, transport,

cutting machinery, printing and dyeing, paper-making, chemical, textile, medicine and etc. It matched with high-precision sensor can process close-cycle running.

1. Usable condition of electrical motor: altitude 1000m, environmental temperature 40

and relative humidity 90 .

2. The motor run in S1 duty.

3. The rated voltage is 380V, frequency 50HZ, and can shift according to user's requirement.

4. The protection degree of motor casing is IP54, and can be made into IP55, IP56 as to user's requirement.

5. The cooling system is complete shut-off surface axial fan cooling IC416 , and can be shifted to other types in accordance with different needs.

6. The insulation level is F, and the insulation system has the adaptive capability to the high carrier wave frequency voltage put out by transducer.

7. The electrical motor has large regulating range. In U/f control condition, 3 50Hz is for speed

regulation by constant torque, and 50 100Hz for speed regulation by constant power; In vector control condition, the regulating range can still be enlarged.

8. The overload capacity is excellent. It can endure 160 overload of the rated torque by 1 minute.

9. It also has good low speed capability. Still with flat torque and no bumpy performance.

10. For the type of wire connection, motors of frame size 250 and below are of Y-connection, motors of frame size 280 and above are of -connection.

11. According to user's requirement, the motor can carry different kinds of high resolution

transducers, such as photoelectric encoder, electric resolve transformer and velocity-measuring generator, as well as accessories like electromagnetic brake, gear reducer.
