Overview:

YZB (F), YZB (F) E series of frequency conversion speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motors for lifting and metallurgy (hereinafter referred to as electric motors) is a combination of the characteristics of lifting and metallurgical three-phase asynchronous motors and the advantages of frequency conversion speed regulation. It has the characteristics of large overload capacity, high mechanical strength, wide speed range, and stable operation. Its basic technical conditions meet the requirements of IEC34-1 international standards and GB755 national standards. The performance indicators of the motor are equivalent to those of foreign countries in the 1990s. It can be used in various types of lifting and metallurgical machinery or other similar equipment, as well as occasions where lifting, braking and reversing are frequent.

1. The motor can operate normally under the following conditions.

1.1 The ambient temperature should not exceed 40℃ (for general environment) and 60℃ (for metallurgical environment).

1.2 Relative temperature ≤90%

1.3 The altitude does not exceed 1000m

1.4 Frequent starting, braking (electrical or mechanical) and reverse rotation.

2. The rated voltage of the motor is 380V, the rated frequency is 50HZ, and the speed can be adjusted continuously within the range of 5-100HZ. YZB series motors do not have forced air cooling, YZBF series motors

With forced air cooling.

3. The reference work system of the motor is S3-40%

4. The meaning of motor model

Structure:

1 Protection level

The motor protection grade is IP44, and it can also be made into IP54 according to user requirements, and the cooling fan protection grade is IP23.

2 Cooling method

The motor cooling method is fully enclosed axial fan cooling (IP416), and other cooling methods can also be made according to user requirements.

4. Insulation class

Motor insulation class is F class (for general environment), H class (for metallurgical environment)

5. Junction box

The motor stator junction box can be located on the top of the base, or on the right or left side of the base according to user requirements.
