product description:

Purpose: WZ series eddy current brake is driven by YZR metallurgical and hoisting three-phase asynchronous motor with wound rotor. The motor and eddy current brake are mechanically superimposed. Through the control circuit, the speed regulation characteristics of the crane are improved and the speed regulation range is expanded. Under any load condition, the eddy current brake excitation current is adjusted to generate an adjustable speed braking torque on the motor shaft to make the crane rise and fall smoothly and accurately. The use of eddy current brakes for lifting equipment such as container cranes, metallurgical cranes, construction cranes, docks and drawing tables can improve their mechanical characteristics.

Structural features:

(1) Adopt B3 installation form, simple and firm structure, easy to use and maintain;

(2) Use steel base and end cover;

(3) The enclosure protection level is IP23, the junction box is located on the top of the base, and the protection level is IP44;

(4) The armature (rotor) is welded on the rotating shaft with a steel cylinder with cooling fins;

(5) The cooling method is IC0141, the fan is installed on the shaft in the end cover, and the cooling air enters from the shaft extension end and flows out from the ventilation hole of the rear cover;

(6) The frame size (center height) can match the standard wound rotor motor;

(7) Grounding device is designed on the bottom of the machine base for installation and grounding.

(9) It needs to be used in a special environment, and it must be stated when ordering.

Technical Parameters:

The working system is S3, and the load duration rate is 15%; normal use can be guaranteed when the altitude does not exceed 1000m; the insulation class is divided into F class and H class. Class F is suitable for places where the ambient air temperature does not exceed 40°C; Class H is suitable for places where the ambient air temperature does not exceed 60°C; when it is used in corrosive gases and humid tropical climates, it must be declared and specifically negotiated with the company; the power supply is DC, When using a 100V power supply, the winding excitation voltage is 80V±15V, when using a 220V power supply, the winding excitation voltage is 160V±30V, and the excitation current is not more than 25A; when the rated speed is 100r/min, the rated torque is specified from 65N.m to 2250N m, a total of 9 frame numbers and 12 specifications; the matching relationship between frame number, braking torque and wound rotor motor is shown in the table below.
