1. Product overview of water resistance cabinet：
The liquid resistance starter device of the YRQ series winding motor is a liquid resistance connected in series with a three-phase star in the rotor circuit of the controlled motor. The liquid resistance is automatically connected with the start of the motor. The resistance value decreases stepless within a predetermined time, and it is automatically removed when it is close to zero, so that the motor starts smoothly without impact when it is close to the rated current and high torque, and there is no impact interference and no harmonic pollution to the power grid during the starting process.It is suitable for heavy—duty smooth soft-starting of three-phase AC 0.4kV, 0.66kV, 3kV, 6kV, and 10kV winding asynchronous motors with a rated power of 45-10000kW.
2. The working principle of the water resistance cabinet：
The liquid resistance starter cabinet is mainly composed of liquid resistors, circulating cooling devices and electronic control systems.Used in fan and pump loads, stepless speed regulation of the motor is achieved by adjusting the resistance value of the three-phase liquid resistance strung in the rotor circuit of the controlled motor; used in rolling mills and other loads, by changing the resistance value of the liquid resistance, the inrush current at the beginning of rolling is suppressed, the temperature rise of the motor is reduced, and the motor is protected.

1. The starting current is small and basically constant, and there is no impact on the power grid.；
