Details:
YR series winding type three-phase asynchronous motor, the stator adopts external press-fitting structure, the coil ends are reliably fixed and tied, the rotor adopts high-strength enameled flat copper wire, the coil has high mechanical strength, and the collector ring and carbon brush device are installed Outside the end cover, it can prevent carbon dust from polluting the coil, which is convenient for disassembly and maintenance. During the manufacturing process, it has passed the power frequency withstand voltage test of the turn-to-turn pulse withstand voltage tester. The stator and rotor windings adopt class F solvent-free insulation. Paint, and after 140 ℃ high-temperature drying and fixing treatment, the insulation performance is stable and reliable, and there is a separate ground terminal in the junction box.
    YR series motors use rotor string resistance to start at full voltage, and have the unique advantages of low starting current, large starting torque, high efficiency, low noise, low vibration, reliable operation, and convenient installation and maintenance.
    YR series motors are widely used in mining machinery and equipment. Such as winch hoist, ball mill, blower, water pump, wire drawing machine, steel rolling mill and other mechanical equipment.
    YR series motors require an ambient temperature of -15℃---40℃, posters no more than 1000M, rated voltage 380V, can be made into 660V according to customer requirements, rated frequency 50Hz, S1 working system, protection class IP23, rated temperature rise 80℃ , B3 installation method.
