YP2 series is a new product developed by our company based on the advantages of similar motors at home and abroad and optimized design. It has good frequency modulation performance, energy saving, good starting torque performance, strong overload capacity, good low speed, low noise, low vibration, and operation. It is safe, reliable, and beautiful in appearance. The power rating and installation dimensions are in full compliance with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards. It can be used in various transmission devices that require speed adjustment, and is widely used in light industry, textile, chemical, petroleum, metallurgical, machine tool, water pump and other industries. With high-precision sensors, high-precision closed-loop operation can be achieved. This series of motors are squirrel cage motors.
1. The motor can operate normally under the following conditions:
1.1 The ambient air temperature should not exceed 40°C.
1.2 Relative humidity ≤90%.
1.3 The altitude does not exceed 1000m.
2. The rated voltage of the motor is 380V, and the rated frequency is 50Hz. The rated voltage and frequency can also be determined according to the user. The motor speed range is 3~100Hz, below the rated frequency is constant torque output, and above the rated frequency is constant power output. Under the condition of vector control, the speed range can be expanded.
3. The motor is a continuous working system (S1).
4. Connection method: Y connection below 4KW, Δ connection above 4KW.

Large margins are considered in the design of the motor, which can not only ensure the overload capacity of the motor at high frequency, but also ensure the constant torque output of the motor at low frequency. The installation dimensions are the same as the Y (Y2, Y3) series, which is convenient for users to use. An independent axial fan forced ventilation is installed at the non-shaft extension end, which has high efficiency, low noise and simple structure, which ensures that the temperature rise of the motor does not exceed the limit when running at low speed. Encoders, tachometers and brakes can be installed according to user needs And other auxiliary equipment.
Special consideration has been given to the stator, rotor slot shape and stator winding distribution in the design, so that the motor can adapt to the conditions of SPWM and PWM variable frequency power supply, in order to obtain a more suitable inductance value to suppress and reduce harmonics and their causes The adverse effects caused by the higher harmonics.
1. Protection level The protection level of the motor shell is IP54, and it can also be manufactured according to user needs.
2. Cooling method The cooling method of the motor is independent fan cooling (IC416). The specifications of the matching cooling fan are shown in Table 1. Other cooling methods can also be made as required.
3. The structure and installation type of the motor is IMB3.
4. Insulation class The insulation class of the motor is F class, and the insulation structure has the ability to withstand high-order harmonic impact.
5. Junction box The junction box is located on the top of the base.
