YZRW series eddy current brake wound rotor three-phase asynchronous motor for metallurgy and lifting (hereinafter referred to as eddy current brake motor) is composed of YZR series motor and eddy current brake installed on its secondary shaft extension. It combines two functions of driving and speed regulation. In one, its characteristics are: stable low-speed speed regulation, no runaway zone, reliable operation and other advantages.

2. Eddy current brake motors can operate normally under the following environmental conditions.

1. The temperature of the cooling medium does not exceed 60°C (for motors with class H insulation) or 40°C (for motors with class F insulation).

2. The altitude does not exceed 1000m.

3. Frequent and significant mechanical vibration and shock.

The rated frequency of the eddy current brake motor is 50Hz and the rated voltage is 380V. The excitation voltage of the eddy current brake is a DC voltage of 80±15V.

Work system

The reference duty system of the eddy current brake motor is S3, the reference load duration of the motor is 40%, and the reference load duration rate of the eddy current brake is 15%, and each work cycle is 10 minutes.
