This series of products are specially designed for the working conditions of internal mixers in the rubber industry, with voltage levels of 10kV and 50Hz. Driven by inverter closed loop.

　　Compared with ordinary motors, this series of products has a large thermal capacity margin and is suitable for impact load work. Using high saturation magnetic circuit design, the motor has low harmonic loss and high efficiency. It has a strong anti-blocking ability and is suitable for the special operation of the internal mixer "cold rubber reverse camber". With a unique air-water cooling structure, it is suitable for working in harsh environments with a lot of dust, high temperature and high humidity.

　　 Compared with ordinary DC motors, this series of products can save energy by about 12% in the system; compared with ordinary high-voltage asynchronous motors, the system can save energy by about 10%. The temperature rise of the motor is reduced by more than 20K.

　　This series of products have air-water cooling structure, installation method IMB3, protection class IP54, F-class insulation, S1 work system, and can be individually designed for voltage levelsand line-start ability.
