1.1 This series of motors is a low-voltage high-power variable-frequency speed-regulating three-phase asynchronous motor developed by ourselves according to market needs to meet the needs of steel industry

Electric drives for machinery and equipment that require speed regulation and similar equipment in other industries. Such as rolling mills, crimpers, levelers, shears, fans, water pumps, etc.

1.2 The user is free to choose the rated speed (rated frequency) when selecting it, and there is no rule to follow. Therefore, this sample gives the power at the rated frequency of 50Hz and the corresponding relationship with the frame number, and also provides the calculation method of the corresponding relationship between the power and the frame number at different rated frequencies for users to choose. 1.3 This series of motors can replace imported similar products. The performance parameters and installation dimensions of the motors can meet the requirements of localization, with good performance and reliable use.

1.4 The motor is powered by the frequency converter as the power source.

2 Selection guide

The items mentioned in this selection guide are intended to remind users of the items that should be paid attention to or clear when selecting models.

2.1 The installation structure type of the motor: IM1001. If users have special requirements, please consult with the manufacturer to meet user requirements.

2.2 The shaft extension of the motor can be manufactured according to the size or requirements proposed by the user.

2.3 Transmission mode: The motor adopts coupling or spur gear transmission. If spur gear transmission is adopted, the gear pitch circle diameter should not be less than 2 times the shaft extension diameter.

2.4 The motor stator junction box is located on the side of the motor, and the cooler is located on the top of the motor.

2.5 All fastening bolts on the motor have anti-loosening measures.
