1. Product overview:

ZKSL series DC motor: The center height of 100～450mm is a medium-sized DC motor newly developed by our factory. This series of motors can be widely used in various industrial sectors such as rolling mills in the metallurgical industry, metal cutting machine tools, papermaking, dyeing and weaving, printing, cement, and plastic extrusion machinery.

ZKSL series DC motors have greater advantages than Z4 series. It can not only be supplied by DC unit power supply, but also suitable for static rectification power supply. Moreover, the moment of inertia is small, it has good dynamic performance, and can withstand high load change rate. It is especially suitable for control systems that require smooth speed regulation, high efficiency, automatic speed stabilization, and sensitive response. It has the current international advanced level.

The rating of the motor is a continuous rating for continuous work. In areas where the altitude does not exceed 1000m and the ambient air temperature does not exceed 40°C, the motor can be rated to operate according to the data in the technical data sheet. This series of motors use class F insulation.

The power range of the ZKSL series DC motor is from 1.5kW to 840kW, and the rated speed is 3000, 1500, 1000, 750, 600, 500, 400, 300, and 200r/min. There are nine kinds of excitation mode. The excitation voltage is 180V. In addition to the levels specified above, other power, armature voltage, speed and excitation voltage values can be derived according to specific conditions and user needs.

A motor with a rated voltage of 160V, when powered by a single-phase bridge rectifier, generally needs to work with a reactor, and the inductance value of the external reactor is indicated on the motor nameplate. No external reactor is required for motors with rated voltage 440V.

The performance of this series of motors not only meets the national standard GB/T755 "Basic Technical Requirements for Rotating Motors", but also basically meets the German VDE0530 standard.

Model meaning: ZKSL-280-11B, Z means DC motor, 4 means 4 series, 280 means motor center height (mm), 1 means core length serial number, second 1 means front end cover serial number, 1 means short end cover, 2 is the long end cover, and B indicates that there is a compensation winding.

Note: For the ZKSL-112/2-1 model, the digit after "/" represents the number of poles, and the second digit represents the core length serial number.

ZKSL series DC motors generally do not have series windings, which are suitable for automatic control technology that requires forward and reverse rotation. According to user needs, it can also be made into a series winding. Motors with a center height of 100-280mm have no compensation windings, but motors with a center height of 250mm and 280mm can be made with compensation windings according to specific conditions and needs, and motors with a center height of 315-450mm have compensation windings.

The overall installation dimensions and technical requirements of motors with a center height of 500～710mm are in line with IEC international standards, and the mechanical dimensional tolerances of the motors are in line with ISO international standards.

(2) Cooling method and structure, installation form

IC06: External ventilation with its own blower;

ICl7: The cooling air inlet is a pipe, and the outlet is louver exhaust;

IC37: The cooling air inlet and outlet are all pipes;

IC611: Fully enclosed with air/air cooler;

ICW37A86: Fully enclosed with air/water cooler.

And there are many derivative forms, such as self-ventilation, axial fan, enclosed, air/air cooler, etc. The required cooling air volume, air pressure, and fan motor power for each frame size motor are shown in Table 1. The basic protection level of the shell of the entire series of motors is IP21S

The installation form of this series of motors meets the requirements of GB/T997 "Motor Structure Installation Type and Code". The installation dimensions of the motor are in accordance with IEC standards except for the axial distance of the foot hole (B dimension).

The position of the outlet box of the motor is on the right side of the base from the transmission end (not the commutator end). If the user requires the outlet box to be placed on the other side of the base, indicate the reverse box when ordering. The basic output shaft of the motor is a single shaft extension, and the direction of the output shaft facing the outlet box (positive box) is the left output shaft. It can also be made into biaxial extension if the user needs. The basic rotation direction of the shaft is viewed counterclockwise from the commutator end. The transmission mode of the motor is a flexible coupling connection, and it can also be used for a certain radial force transmission mode (belt or gear transmission).

According to the needs of users, the motor can be designed to be equipped with tachogenerator, pulse generator, centrifugal switch and brake, etc. The specific requirements can be negotiated with our factory.
