YJR series motors are three-phase asynchronous motors with protective wound rotors, the cooling method is IC01, and the continuous working system (S1). This series of motors can drive a variety of different machinery, such as ventilators, water pumps, crushers, ball mills, winches, hoists, conveyors and other equipment. It can also be used as original equipment in mines, machinery industry, power plants and various industrial and mining enterprises. Use for motivation.
The altitude of the operating location is not more than 1000 meters; the ambient air temperature changes with the seasons, but it does not exceed +40°C and not less than -15°C. It is suitable for clean natural places without flammable, explosive and corrosive gas.
The motors are equipped with bearing non-stop oil injection and drainage devices. The end cover and the air inlet and outlet holes of the base are equipped with grille nets. The structure and installation type are IMB3 (machine base with feet, end cover without flange, horizontal).
The motor adopts 155 (F grade) insulation, the rated voltage is 380V (also can be made into 660V), the rated frequency is 50Hz, the stator is △ connection (660V is Y connection); the rotor is Y connection, and the stator and rotor are both equipped with There are separate right outlet junction boxes.
This series of motors can provide a larger starting torque under a smaller starting current, and can adjust the speed within a certain range.
This series of motors can be started directly at full voltage, but the rotor circuit should be connected to a starting rheostat or frequency-sensitive resistor when starting, and the three lead wires of the rotor winding should be short-circuited during normal operation after starting. It is not allowed to directly short-circuit the use of the collector ring or brush holder (including three lead wires). The figure below is the wiring schematic diagram using starting rheostat (for reference)
2. YJRL series motor
YJRL series of vertical installation protective wound rotor three-phase asynchronous motor is a derivative product of YJR series motor. The motor cooling method is IC01, continuous working system (S1), and the structure and installation type are IMV1 (the base has no feet, the end cover has a flange, the vertical type, the shaft extends downward).
The technical data of YJRL series motors are the same as YJR series motors.
YJRL series motors are suitable for vertical installation of mechanical equipment such as vertical water pumps and fans as prime movers.
3. Additional explanation
YJR and YJRL series motors must not bear the axial thrust of the driven machine, and can only be coupled with the driven machine by an elastic coupling.
YJR and YJRL series motors do not have a non-reverse device, allowing short-term reverse rotation under the action of external force, but the speed shall not exceed 120% of the rated speed.
According to the needs of users, YJR and YJRL series motors can also be made into double-shaft extension or non-shaft extension end (collector ring end) reserved with special design such as additional device interface.
