YBJ explosion-proof motor explosion-proof function implements GB3836.1-2000 "Electrical equipment arrangement for explosive gas conditions Part 1: General requirements" and GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical equipment arrangement for explosive gas conditions Part 2: Explosion-proof The designation of "d"" also complies with the designation of IEC79-1, BS4683 and EN50018, making it an explosion-proof type. Operating conditions of YBJ series explosion-proof motors

(1) The altitude does not exceed 1000m.

(2) Condition The air temperature changes with the end of the period, and generally does not exceed -20～+40℃.

(3) The maximum relative humidity of the condition air does not exceed 95% (when the temperature is +25°C).

(4) YBJ series explosion-proof motors are used in underground coal mines, and YJ series of ordinary types are non-explosion-proof above ground.

(8) The YBJ explosion-proof motor rotor receives the cast aluminum plan, and the rotor is checked by dynamic balance. The motor works stably, with small oscillation and low noise.

(9) YBJ explosion-proof motor stator and rotor punching pieces receive high-permeability, low-cost and excellent electrical silicon steel plates, with low motor cost and high compliance.

(10) YBJ explosion-proof motor main body shell material is made of seamless steel pipe or steel plate, which has high impact resistance and bumping skills. Other shell parts are made of gray cast iron no less than HT250.

(11) YBJ explosion-proof motor bearings use low-oscillation and low-noise bearings.

(12) YBJ explosion-proof motor electric fan, wind cover: receiving plastic, cast aluminum or cast iron electric fan, high strength, electric fan and shaft receiving key connection, stable operation.
