YBK3 explosion-proof motor structure and installation method

The explosion-proof structure of YBK3 explosion-proof motor is ExdI Mb.

YBK3 explosion-proof motor's main shell protection grade is IP55

The cooling method of YBK3 explosion-proof motor is IC410, IC411

The insulation class of YBK3 explosion-proof motor is F, the stator winding temperature rise margin is large, and the life is long.

YBK3 explosion-proof motor has a cylindrical shaft extension, which is driven by coupling or spur gear.

YBK3 explosion-proof motor rotor adopts cast aluminum structure. The rotor has been tested for dynamic balance, and the YBK3 explosion-proof motor runs smoothly, with low vibration and low noise.

YBK3 explosion-proof motor stator and rotor are made of high-quality electrical silicon steel sheets with high permeability and low loss. YBK3 explosion-proof motor has low loss and high efficiency.

YBK3 explosion-proof motor stator winding adopts high-strength polyester enameled round copper wire, and is treated by VPI vacuum pressure dipping to form a complete whole. The winding insulation has good electrical, mechanical, moisture-proof performance and thermal stability.

YBK3 explosion-proof motor bearings use YBK3 explosion-proof motor special low-vibration and low-noise bearings. Double-sided sealed bearings are only available under frame size 132. Wave spring washers are installed at the shaft extension to moderately press against the bearing to effectively inhibit YBK3 explosion-proof motor operation. Vibration and noise generated. Frame size 160 and above adopt the inner and outer cover structure, and the retaining ring is axially fixed at the bearing part, which effectively prevents the axial series movement of the YBK3 explosion-proof motor rotor.

YBK3 explosion-proof motor fan and wind cover material. YBK3 explosion-proof motor adopts anti-static plastic fan, which has a small moment of inertia and low loss. The full series of fans and shafts are connected by keys, and the operation is reliable. The wind hood is a steel plate structure, which can obtain the largest area of ventilation under the premise of preventing the intrusion of foreign objects of a certain size, so that the wind path is unblocked.

YBK3 explosion-proof motors have the following 3 basic structure types: B3 has a base without direct connection mounting flange, B5 has no base, direct connection mounting flange, and B35 has a base, direct connection mounting flange.
