Preparation before the WCB gear oil pump is not started

1; Check that each fastener rotates flexibly and has no blocking phenomenon.

2; Check whether the oil pump is rotating.

3; Whether the power supply part is normal.

4; Whether the joints of the inlet and outlet pipes are tightened, and whether the oil absorption height and head exceed the prescribed requirements.

5; When the oil inlet pipe is inserted into the oil barrel, the nozzle must not be higher than the oil surface to prevent air from entering.

Maintenance of WCB gear oil pump during work

1; Check whether there is fever in all parts of the oil pump.

2; When faults such as abnormal noise or high heat generation are found in the oil pump, the oil pump should be stopped immediately and the fault should be eliminated.

3; Pay attention to whether there is oil leakage at the oil seal, and if there is oil leakage, check whether the oil seal is worn or whether the spring is too loose.

4: Always keep the oil pump and work site clean.
