● Overview GZB-63-JL roller variable pump is a new type of positive displacement pump, which has the advantages of stable flow, low noise, no leakage, variable or fixed flow, simple structure, easy to use and maintain.

Due to the structure, the working movement surface of the pump is all rolling friction, which improves the transmission efficiency and reduces friction. The pump is largely worn out, can still maintain a sealed volume, and continue to work, which enhances the service life of the pump and greatly exceeds other types of pumps.

At the same time, this pump has great adaptability to the conveying medium. It is characterized by being able to transport non-lubricating media, as well as media containing particles not larger than 4mm, or inclusions and glass balls. Experiments have proved that it can blend kerosene with a viscosity of 0.98Lps and alkyd paint with a viscosity of 500 Lps. And type 838 architectural coatings with a viscosity of 150 Lps.

Since the shaft end adopts three sealing devices, a liquid spiral seal, a new type of polytetrafluoroethylene combined seal, and a rubber oil seal, the design and assembly are reasonable, and there is no leakage at the shaft end.
