DPZ series high-vacuum strong-discharge gear pumps are suitable for conveying fluids that do not contain solid particles and fibers, have a temperature of not higher than 250℃, and have a viscosity of 5~1500cst lubricity in the process of petrochemical industry. Gear pumps made of stainless steel can be used for occasions where they are corrosive or have relatively high hygiene requirements.

　　The gear of the DPZ series high-vacuum strong-row gear pump is a forward-selected curved arc gear, and the gear meshing is a rolling meshing with continuous contact at one point, with no flow pulsation, smooth operation, low vibration and low noise.

　　Flow range: 1.2m3/H～15m3/H；

　　Rated discharge pressure: 0.6MPa ；

　　Suction vacuum pressure: -0.098MPa；

　　 High operating temperature: <250℃；

　　Speed range: 750r/min-- 1500r/min；

　　Note: When the suction vacuum degree is <200Pa, especially for the vacuum oil filter industry, it is recommended to use a speed of <1000r/min for the normal use of the pump and to reduce the noise of the pump.

Structural features：
