ZYB-B adjustable slag oil pump product overview

The ZYB-B adjustable pressure slag oil pump is improved on the basis of the original ZYB slag oil pump. The main parts of ZYB-B high-pressure slag oil pump are made of thickened materials, which have high strength and hardness after heat treatment. The pressure regulating slag oil pump adopts a number of hydraulic balancing technologies in its structure, which enables the pump to operate at high pressure, with low noise, stable operation, and long holding time.

The ZYB-B type adjustable slag oil pump is equipped with an adjustable structure with an adjustable gap between the end face of the gear. When the working pressure drops during the working time of the pump, the gap between the end face of the gear in the pump can be adjusted through the external fine-tuning structure on the cover of the ZYB-B high-pressure slag oil pump, so that the working pressure of the pump can be restored, and several adjustments can be made. Therefore, it has a service life of 5-10 times longer than that of ordinary gear pumps, and it is used in high-pressure combustion of impurity-containing combustion oils in our country, and it has reached the level of similar products.

●Scope of application and main purpose

ZYB-B adjustable slag pressure oil pump is suitable for conveying medium with a temperature of not higher than 200℃, a viscosity of not greater than 1500mm2/s, and heavy oils, diesel, coal tar and other low-grade and inferior combustion oils containing non-metallic impurities. It is especially suitable for fuel injection occasions in petroleum, chemical industry, grain and oil, building materials, daily chemicals, road construction, electric power and asphalt mixing station departments and industries. It is also suitable for occasions where stable working pressure and long-term continuous work are required, such as lubrication systems.
