Overview of DG and ZDG boiler feed pumps:

DG and ZDG series water supply pumps are mainly used for boiler water supply and other high-pressure water supply in thermal power plants, and mine drainage and pit water.

Performance range of DG and ZDG boiler feed pumps：

Flow rate Q=100～580m3/h (DG type high pressure water supply pump)

Q=36～180m3/h (ZDG type medium pressure, sub-high pressure water supply pump)

Head H=740～2150m (DG type high pressure water supply pump)

H=409～1056m (DG type sub-high pressure water supply pump)

H=270～672m (DG type medium pressure water supply pump)

Temperature T＜160℃

Structural features:

This series of pumps is a single-shell segmented multistage centrifugal pump. The front section, the middle section and the rear section are connected into one by a threaded bar. The static binding surface between the sections is mainly sealed by the metal surface, and an O-shaped rubber ring is provided as an auxiliary seal.

The suction and discharge flanges of the DG type pump are vertical suction and vertical discharge.

The pump rotor is a rigid rotor, which consists of an impeller mounted on a shaft, a balance plate (drum) and other parts. The pump shaft has a larger shaft diameter, an appropriately long interstage bushing and an impeller sealing ring, which can maintain sufficient fluid support force and keep the pump running stably and reliably.

The shaft end seal mainly adopts packing seal or mechanical seal. When the packing seal is used, the packing gland and packing chamber are cooled with cooling water. When a mechanical seal is used, the mechanical seal gland is provided with a cooling water flushing hole. Replaceable bushings are installed at the shaft seals to protect the pump shaft. Both the driving side and the non-driving side of the pump body are cast with water-cooled cavities. When conveying high-temperature media, external cooling water can be used for cooling.

The rotor of the medium-pressure water supply pump is supported by rolling bearings, lubricated with dilute oil, and cooled with circulating water. The axial thrust of the rotor is automatically balanced by a balance plate. A return pipe is installed between the balance chamber and the front section.

The rotor of the high-pressure water supply pump adopts sliding bearings and has thrust sliding bearings for forced lubrication. The lubricating oil is supplied by a dilute oil station or a hydraulic coupling, and the axial thrust of the rotor is balanced by a balance plate. The thrust plate is mainly used to withstand the residual axial force due to changes in working conditions.

The pump is driven by a motor through an elastic coupling. It can also be equipped with toothed couplings, diaphragm couplings, and hydraulic couplings according to user needs. The prime mover can also be driven by a small steam turbine.
Introduction:
Sealocean D series multistage water pump is a widely used system of high-pressure pump, run hot and cold water as a booster pumps in parallel water supply of the high-rise building, fire, boiler feed water and cooling water systems and a variety of irrigation fluid conveying.

Type D pump can deliver water without solid particle or the liquid which the chemical and physical feature are similar with water and temperature is≤80ºC, it is suitable for delivering mater in mine and urban water project etc.

Type DG pump can deliver clean water without solid particle or the liquid which the chemical and physical feature are similar with water, and temperature is≤105ºC, it is suitable for delivering boiler feed water or heat water.

Type DM pump can deliver the neuter mineral water which solid particles percent≤1.5% (solid Dia.<0.5mm) and other similar sewage, the temperature of the liquid is ≤80ºC, it is suitable for steel works, mines, cities projects etc.

Type DF pump can deliver the corrosive liquid without solid particle, which temperature is from -20ºC~150ºC.

Type DY pump deliver oil or oil products without solid grain, viscosity≤120ct, range of temperature is from -20ºC~150ºC.

Inlet pressure of pumps is less than 0.6Mpa.
