　　SPG type pipeline shielded pump is a pump product with an integrated structure of electric motor and water pump. It has advanced technology, static seal, no shaft seal, high reliability and no leakage. It has won the popularity of users due to the low noise of the motor itself, coupled with the low failure rate of the shielded pump, safety and environmental protection, and the best maintenance cost. At the same time, it also enhances the demand for high-quality water pumps in the Chinese market.

Products are widely used in petrochemical, chemical industry, medicine, textiles, nuclear power, military industry, shipbuilding, urban water supply and drainage, fire-fighting booster pumps, pressurized water delivery for high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler irrigation, hvac refrigeration and other heating and cooling water circulation pressurization. Especially for places with high vibration and noise requirements, such as key projects, pump houses, central air conditioners, and scientific research institutes. It can also be used to transport liquids whose pressure and temperature do not produce crystallization and solidification. 2. Product features：

　　1. Because the SPG type pipeline shielded pump can ensure that it does not leak at all, it can transport liquids that are harmful to the human body, the environment, equipment, and expensive that are easy to leak.

　　2. It will not inhale air, and is suitable for vacuum systems and conveying liquids that have deteriorated in contact with air.

　　3. The oil-free seal design can reliably transport liquids with high temperature, high pressure, low temperature and temperature and pressure changes that are difficult for ordinary pumps to transport.

　　4. The bearing uses the conveying liquid to lubricate itself, and no lubricating oil is required, so it does not pollute the conveying liquid and eliminates the trouble of regular oiling.

　　5. The pump has a reasonable structure, the motor and the pump are coaxial, the size is small, the weight is light, the footprint is small, the operation is stable, the installation is convenient, no adjustment is required, and the maintenance is convenient. No adjustment is required, and maintenance is convenient.

　　6. The impeller adopts a balanced design with water thrust, so that the rotor can be in suspension during operation, which reduces the axial wear of graphite bearings, thereby improving the service life and reducing operating costs.

　　7. The motor has no cooling fan, so the operating noise and vibration are very small.

　　8. The specification design of the pump inlet and outlet flanges is the same as that of the standard valves, and they are located on the same center line, with a low center, which is convenient for pipeline layout, and the pump room design is reasonable and practical.

3. Product use：

　　1. SPG type pipeline shielded pump is used to transport clear water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water, and the applicable medium temperature is -30℃ +90℃. It is especially suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, fire-fighting pressurization, pressurized water for high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler irrigation, long-distance transportation of hvac refrigeration circulation, bathroom and other heating and cooling water circulation pressurization and equipment supporting.

　　2. SPGR high-temperature shielded pump is used for high-temperature conveying media, and is suitable for media temperatures of 100℃-380℃. It is mainly suitable for energy, financial management, chemical industry, textiles, papermaking, textiles and hotels, restaurants, bathrooms and other departments.

　　3. SPGT anticorrosive shielded pump for conveying does not contain solid particles, and is suitable for petrochemical, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical, scientific research institutions and synthetic fibers and other departments.

Fourth, working conditions：

　　1. The medium used in the SPG type pipeline shielded pump must be soft water, thin, non-solidifying, non-flammable, and fluid that does not contain solid particles and fibers.

　　2. The medium temperature used by the SPG type pipeline shielded pump does not exceed 90 degrees, and the medium temperature of the SPGR type pump does not exceed 380 degrees.

　　3. Under normal circumstances, the working pressure of the SPG type pipeline shielded pump should not exceed 1.2MPa, and the inlet pressure should not be less than 0.05mpa. For special occasions, please contact the company in advance.

　　4. The maximum pressure of the SPG type pipeline shielded pump system is 1.6MPa, which means that the suction pressure of the pump + the head of the pump is 1.6MPa.
