1. Product overview：

　　FUH series engineering plastic pumps are horizontal, single-stage, single-suction, bracket-type centrifugal pumps. The overcurrent components of this series of pumps are made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), which has excellent corrosion resistance, excellent wear resistance (ranking first among various plastics), and strong impact resistance.

2. Product features：

　　The seals of FUH series engineering plastic pumps adopt various sealing forms such as mechanical seals, power seals, and packing seals. They can transport acid-base clear liquid, slurry containing solid particles, and sewage containing various impurities, especially in the transportation of corrosive liquids containing fine particles and hydrofluoric acid, fluorosilicic acid, phosphoric acid, mixed acid, electrolyte, hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, concentrated alkali, etc. It has shown excellent performance. The applicable temperature of the pump is -50℃～100℃. After replacing the impeller and pump body of other engineering plastics (polyvinylidene fluoride PVDF, poly perfluoroethylene propylene, and chlorinated polyether), the applicable temperature can reach 120℃.

3. Product use：

　　1. FUH series engineering plastic centrifugal pumps are mainly used in all kinds of acids, alkalis, salts, oils, food and beverages, alcohol and other liquids.

　　2. It is specifically used in various liquors or pastes such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, alkalis, oils, etc. in the chemical industry.；

　　3. In the non-ferrous smelting industry, especially lead, zinc, gold, silver, copper, cobalt, tungsten, rare earths, etc., various acids, ore pastes, pastes (for filter presses), electrolytes, sewage and other media in wet smelting；

　　4. Media such as dilute acid (for pickling process), mother liquor, hydrofluoric acid, fluorosilicic acid, seawater and phosphoric acid slurry in the fertilizer industry；

　　5. Various types of sewage (food sewage, electroplating sewage, leather sewage, pharmaceutical sewage, papermaking sewage, textile sewage, electronic sewage, etc.) and desulfurization and dust removal in water treatment and environmental protection industries；

　　6. Sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid stations for pickling systems in the steel industry; acid hydrolysis, sedimentation, freezing, hydrolysis, washing, and salt treatment in the titanium dioxide industry; acid stations in the chemical fiber industry；

　　7. Fermentation, neutralization, filtration, wastewater, etc. of citric acid, as well as the ferrous metal manganese industry.
