NMRV Worm Gear Speed Reducer
The NMRV worm gear speed reducer is made of aluminum. It's often employed with the working conditions of low power and light load. But it features of small volume and low noise.

The shell of the NMRV worm gear speed reducer is casted with high quality aluminum alloy, which has the features of light weight and rust resistance. With the shell processed with shot blasting firstly and then special anti-corrosion treatment, the worm gear speed reducer is resistant to organic solvent such as gasoline and xylene. After being treated with phosphating and then painted with blue or silver-white paint, it has a beautiful and unique external appearance. The worm of the device keeps the thickness of carburized case of 0.3mm to 0.5mm after it being treated with carburization, quenching and fine grinding. The turbo of the device is made of wearable tin bronze, which can keep a service life up to 10 years under the condition of normal operation. With the features of steady transmission and low noise, the NMRV worm gear speed reducer can work continuously in a long period with poor environment.
The users should know that don't mount the NMRV worm gear speed reducer vertically as much as possible if the space is large enough. Or the added lubricating oil is needed much more than horizontally mounting the device, which may lead to heating and oil leakage easily to the device.
