CHINA FACTORY BIG FLOW AND LOW HEAD CHEMICAL AXIAL FLOW PUMP (HZW)

 

 This series of axial flow pumps has good reliability and easy maintenance. They are specially designed for the characteristics of chlor-alkali and salt evaporation cycle engineering. The HZW series draws on successful technologies in the industry and incorporates its own design expertise. The optimized transmission design has low operating vibration and low noise, which greatly improves the operating reliability and balance of the axial flow pump, and greatly increases the maintenance cycle and service life. The operating reliability is high, the maintenance cycle is more than doubled, and the life span is increased by 20%. HZW forced circulation pumps are more efficient and energy-efficient, saving users a lot of electricity every year. 

 

 

 HZW series chemical axial flow pumps are mainly used in high-flow and low-head applications, especially for forced circulation processes with corrosive media. For example, the forced circulation of caustic soda and salt production is also used in production sectors such as phosphate fertilizer, petroleum, chemical fiber, and papermaking. 

 

 

 2. HZW chemical axial flow pump

 

 (1) Cantilever rotor, adopts front door opening structure, simple structure, easy maintenance, no need to disassemble the pump body and pipeline；

 

 (2) The impeller is combined with the suction duct. When conveying abrasive materials, the suction duct can be replaced, thereby improving the service life of the pump body. The shaft seal can adopt a liquid-blocking packing seal and a double-end mechanical seal to ensure that the pump is leak-free, safe and reliable.；

 

 (3) Transmission methods such as direct connection, belt drive and reducer drive can be used, as well as installation methods such as horizontal installation, vertical installation or suspension installation can be used, so that this series of pumps can meet the performance and installation needs of different stations.
