ZJ Slurry Pump

The ZJ Series Slurry Pumps are horizontal, axial-suction,single-state,single-suction and centrifugal slurry pumps. The series pumps, through combination of advantages of similar products both at home and abroad and innovation in the aspects of hydraulic design,structural design and materials of flow passage companents, own the features of high efficiency, energy conservation, small vibration, low noise,reliable operation, long service life and easy maintenance. The comprehensive performance of pump takes the leading role in china, and most of pump’s efficiency indexes reach international advanced level. It is applied to the transport of abrasive paste with solid particle in electric power, metallurgical,coal,building materials and other industries, such as hydraulic ash removal of guel electric plant, pulp transport of metallurgical dressing plant,coal paste and dense media transport of coal washery. The allowed maxium paste weight density of solid-liquid mixture(Cw) is 45% of ash paste and coal paste, and 60%of pulp and dense media. The type include 450ZJ、350ZJ、300ZJ、250ZJ、200ZJ、150ZJ、100ZJ、80ZJ、65ZJ、50ZJ、40ZJ, which are appropriate for operation under the working conditions of flow rate of 4.5m³/h~6000 m³/h and pumping head of 6m~134m. There are totally 70 types of pumps.

ZJ slurry pump is a new generation anti-wear, energy saving slurry pump.The ZJ series pumps used international advanced solid-liquid two-phase flow theory and were designed using the minimum-wear principle.The flow parts of these pumps are suitable for the flow of state media for it's set shape, which reduces hydraulic loss of eddy and impact, both in pump and along the pipelines; so reduced friction of flow parts, lower noise and vibration of the pump translates into improved hydraulic efficiency.
