CHINA FACTORY PW, PWF TYPE CANTILEVER CENTRIFUGAL SEWAGE PUMP

PW、PWF type sewage pump is a single stage, single suction, cantilever centrifugal sewage pump。The pump inlet is axially horizontal and the pump outlet can be installed horizontally or vertically.Main components are pump cover, pump shell, impeller, shaft seal, shaft, and bracket,etc.The shaft seal is in the form of a novel double-ended mechanical seal construction. The pump and the motor are mounted on a same chassis and are driven directly by the motor through a flexible coupling.Features of this pump has high efficiency, energy saving significantly, smooth operation, reliable performance, easy maintenance,etc.

 

Application range：  
1、PW ordinary sewage pump can transport sewage, containing suspended solids, long fiber material and domestic wastewater.Pump body with high quality cast iron material,medium temperature not higher than 100℃。
2、PWF corrosion-resistant sewage pumps can transport acid, alkaline or other corrosive effluents，widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, light industry, food, pharmaceutical, brewing, environmental protection and sewage treatment industries.Pump body and wet parts with 304 stainless steel material,medium temperature not higher than 100℃.
3、PW horizontal sewage pump can transport temperature below 80 ℃ with acidic, alkaline or other corrosive sewage，PW horizontal sewage pump is widely used in chemical, petroleum, light industry, food, pharmaceutical and environmental protection industries。PW horizontal sewage pump performance range：Capacity Q:10～125m3/h；Head H:10～18m，Wet parts material  ZG1Cr18Ni9 and HT200 two types.
