XBD-ISG vertical fire pump overview

XBD-ISG type fire pump is divided into two types: single-suction single-stage and single-suction multi-stage segmented, which are used to transport clear water that does not contain solid particles and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. It is mainly used for pressurized water delivery in fire-fighting systems, and can also be used for water supply and drainage in factories and mines. The flow range of the conveying liquid is 5~80L/S, the pressure range is 0.2~2.25MPa, the supporting power range is 1.5~200KW, and the caliber range is 50~250mm.

XBD-ISG vertical fire pump

1. 　The pump has a compact structure, small size and beautiful appearance. Its vertical structure determines that the installation area is small, and its center of gravity coincides with the center of the pump foot, thus enhancing the stable operation and service life of the pump.

2. 　The suction port and discharge outlet of the pump are both horizontal, which simplifies the connection of the pipeline.

3. 　The multi-stage type can be installed in the same direction or in different directions of 90 degrees, 180 degrees, and 270 degrees according to needs. The suction port and spitting outlet can be installed in the same direction or in different directions of 90 degrees, 180 degrees, and 270 degrees to meet different connection occasions. 4. 　The pump pressure can be increased or decreased according to the needs of the pump stage and the outer diameter of the impeller can be cut to meet it without changing the installation area, which is not available for other pumps.

5. 　The pump rotor has a small winding degree, balanced operation, low vibration, low noise, and long service life.

XBD-ISG vertical fire pump product use

XBD-ISG type fire pump is mainly used for pressurized water delivery in fire-fighting system pipelines. It can also be applied to industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water delivery for high-rise buildings, long-distance water delivery, heating, bathrooms, boiler heating and cooling water circulation, pressurized air-conditioning and refrigeration system water delivery and equipment supporting occasions.

XBD-ISG vertical fire pump structure description

XBD-ISG type single-suction single-stage fire pump is composed of two parts: electromechanical and pump. The pump and motor are coaxial. The pump structure includes the pump body, impeller, pump cover, mechanical seal and other components. The inlet and outlet of the pump are on the same horizontal axis, and the caliber and specifications are the same. It is extremely convenient to load and unload, and covers a small area. The pump is equipped with a mounting base, which is easy to install and increases the stability of the pump operation. The pump seal adopts a mechanical seal, which has the characteristics of reliable sealing and no leakage. The axial force of the pump is balanced by a balance ring on the impeller. The inlet and outlet flanges of the pump are designed according to a pressure of 1.6MPa, and the pipelines are convenient for matching.
