XBD-DL vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump is a vertical multi-stage multi-segment structure. The screw clamps the water inlet section, the middle section and the water outlet section into one. Each stage of the pump is equipped with an impeller and a guide vane. The axial force is solved by the hydraulic balance method, and the residual axial force is borne by the ball bearing and lubricated with grease. The shaft seal adopts soft packing or mechanical seal.

The suction port of the pump is below and the water outlet is above. The relative position of the suction port and the water outlet is 180° assembled at the factory, and the user can rotate the direction of the inlet and outlet by 90°, 180°, 270° from the vertical point according to the actual situation. The pump shaft and the motor shaft are on the same level, the seal adopts mechanical sealing device, and the bearing adopts low-noise bearing, so the noise and vibration of the whole machine are very low during operation, which greatly improves the use environment and prolongs the service life. It is characterized by small footprint, high lift, convenient installation and maintenance.

 

XBD-DL fire pump set can be used to transport clean water without solid particles and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. Mainly used for fire hydrant water supply, sprinkler system water supply, fire protection system voltage stabilization, and other occasions such as residences, hotels, office buildings, commercial buildings, factories, hospitals and other places to transport clean liquid and fire water.

5. Main performance parameters of XBD-DL vertical multi-stage fire pump 

Note: Some fire pump models.

 

1. The fire pump adopts stainless steel shaft and aluminum bronze impeller (national fire protection acceptance standard). If there are different material requirements, please specify separately when inquiring (ordering).

2. The fire pump should be started at least once every six months to prevent it from being difficult to start again due to corrosion caused by long-term use or poor maintenance.

4. The water inlet pipeline must be highly sealed, no water leakage or air leakage;

5. It is forbidden to run the pump for a long time in the state of cavitation;  

6. It is forbidden to run the motor over-current for a long time when the pump is running under large flow and low lift conditions;  

7. Regularly check the current value of the motor during the operation of the pump, and try to make the pump run within the design working conditions;

8. The pump should be supervised by a special person during operation to avoid accidents;    

9. After the pump runs for a long time, when the noise and vibration of the unit increase due to mechanical wear, it should be stopped for inspection, and the vulnerable parts and bearings can be replaced if necessary. The unit overhaul period is generally one year.

10. Maintenance and maintenance of mechanical seals:

1). The mechanical seal lubricating fluid should be clean and free of solid particles;

2). It is strictly forbidden for the mechanical seal to work under the condition of (anhydrous) dry grinding;  

3). Before starting, the pump (motor) should be rotated several times to avoid the mechanical seal breaking and damage caused by sudden starting.
