LW type vertical non-clogging sewage pump is a new generation of pump products successfully developed on the basis of the introduction of foreign advanced technology and combined with the use characteristics of domestic pumps. It has the characteristics of energy saving, anti-winding, not easy to block, simple installation and automatic control. . It has a unique effect in discharging solid particles and long-fiber waste.
This series of sewage pumps adopts unique impeller structure and new mechanical seal, which can effectively transport sewage containing solids and long fibers. Compared with the traditional impeller, the impeller of the pump adopts the form of single flow channel or double flow channel. It is similar to a section of a curved pipe with the same section size, and has very good flow capacity. With a reasonable volute chamber, the pump efficiency is relatively high. Compared with other types of sewage pumps, the impeller is adjusted by dynamic and static balance test, and because of the advantages of the force-bearing structure of the vertical pump, the pump has little vibration during operation. The main difference between the LW type pump and the GW type pump is the difference in the direction of the nozzle, and the volute is slightly different. Users can choose LW or GW according to their own convenience.
