XWJ type non-clogging pulp pump is a new type of energy-saving pulp pump. After practical use, it has the characteristics of high efficiency, no or less leakage, good anti-clogging, stable operation, high reliability and compact structure. It is mainly reflected in the following aspects: the use of semi-open or fully open impeller, the adjustable clearance between the wear plate and the front side of the impeller, the shaft seal is mainly mechanical seal, and high-precision bearings (D-grade precision) and high-quality shaft materials are selected.

 

 Before starting the   pump, check according to the following requirements;

      Whether the   bolts have been tightened; whether the bearing chamber has been filled with thin oil (the high oil level is at the center of the oil mark);    

      ·   Whether the coaxiality of the coupling is less than or equal to Φ0.3mm, and the coupling should feel easy and even when turning the coupling by hand;

      Whether the direction of the   motor is correct;     

      Whether the   inlet valve is fully open;

      Whether the   outlet valve is closed;

      Whether the   sealing water valve is open; sealing water pressure requirements: working pressure plus (0.3~0.5)kgf/c

 ·   After starting the motor to the rated speed, slowly open the outlet valve to the rated working condition (take the motor running current as 80% of the rated value. It is advisable).

 ·   During the operation of the pump, attention should be paid to the operation stability of the pump and the cooling and flushing of the sealing water.

 ·   When the pump runs for a period of time or the head drops, you should pay attention to adjust the clearance on the front side of the impeller. The adjustment method is as follows: first loosen the fastening nuts, and the tanker will turn the square head adjusting screw (see the structure diagram) counterclockwise to Until the wear-resistant plate touches the front side of the impeller, then return the square head adjusting screw clockwise to 1/2 turn (the gap is 0.8~1mm at this time), and finally tighten the nuts.

 ·When the   pump stops running, the outlet valve should be closed first, and then the motor power supply, etc. should be closed.

 ·   When the pump needs to be stopped for a period of time, the accumulated fluid in the pump should be drained for the next use.

 

 ·   XWJ pulp pump is a single-stage single-suction cantilever structure, mainly composed of pump body, impeller, pump cover, wear-resistant plate and suspension components.

 ·   From the motor side, the motor rotates clockwise, and the pump is axially inhaled and radially (middle) discharged.

 ·The   pump has a rear door structure, and it is not necessary to disassemble the inlet and outlet pipelines during maintenance.

 ·The   pump shaft is supported by two high-precision rolling bearings, lubricated with thin oil (20# oil).

 ·The shaft seal has two types: mechanical seal or packing; the pump and motor are directly driven by the pin coupling.
