 Overview of ZJ Series Slurry Pumps:
     Slurry pumps belong to a type of centrifugal pumps in terms of physical principles. Conceptually, it refers to a process that increases the energy of solid and liquid mixed media through the action of centrifugal force (the rotation of the impeller of the pump). A machine that converts electrical energy into kinetic and potential energy of a medium. The name of the slurry pump is a centrifugal pump from the perspective of conveying medium. In addition, the slurry pump can be divided into different types from different angles:
1 Divided from the number of impellers: single-stage slurry pump and multi-stage slurry pump 
2 Divided from pump shaft and horizontal position: horizontal slurry pump and vertical slurry pump
3 The way of inhaling water from the impeller is divided: single-suction slurry pump and double-suction slurry pump
4 The structure of the pump casing: horizontal split type and vertical combination type

ZJ series slurry pump product details:
    ZJ and ZGM type solid-liquid slurry pumps are high-efficiency wear-resistant slurry pumps designed by Tsinghua University using the theory of velocity ratio of solid-liquid two-phase flow published in China. It fully converts the solid-liquid energy in the pump body, and improves the abrasion state of the overcurrent parts. Compared with other slurry pumps, the pump has the characteristics of high efficiency, good cavitation performance, long service life and reliable operation. It can be widely used in mining, metallurgy, electric power, coal and other industrial sectors to transport tail, concentrate, ash, coal slime, gravel and other strong abrasive, high concentration slurries.
Precautions for the operation of ZJ series slurry pump:
  When the slurry pump is working, the pump needs to be placed on land, the suction pipe is placed in the water, and the pump needs to be started. Due to the limitation of the structure of the mud pump and the submerged slurry pump, the motor needs to be placed on the water surface and the pump is put into the water, so it must be fixed, otherwise, the motor will be scrapped when the motor falls into the water. Moreover, because the length of the long shaft is generally fixed, the installation and use of the pump are more troublesome, and the application occasions are subject to many restrictions.

Daily maintenance of ZJ series slurry pump:
  1) The water pressure and water volume of the bearing must meet the regulations, and the tightness of the packing should be adjusted (or replaced) at any time, so as not to cause the shaft seal to leak. And replace the shaft sleeve in time.
  2) When replacing the bearing, it is necessary to ensure that there is no dust in the bearing assembly, and the lubricating oil is clean. The temperature of the bearing during the operation of the slurry pump is generally not more than 60-650C, and the maximum temperature is not more than 750C. 
3) To ensure the coaxiality of the   motor and the slurry pump , ensure that the elastic pad in the coupling is complete and correct, and should be replaced in time after damage.
  4) Ensure that the slurry pump components and piping system are installed correctly, firmly and reliably.
  5)  Some parts of the slurry pump are wearing parts. In daily use, pay attention to the wear and tear of the wearing parts, and repair or replace them in time. In the process of repairing or replacing the wearing parts of the slurry pump , it is necessary to ensure that the assembly is correct, the clearance adjustment is reasonable, and the phenomenon of tight friction is avoided.
  6)  The suction pipeline system of the slurry pump must be free of air leakage, and attention should be paid to whether the suction port is blocked during operation. The medium that the slurry pump needs to handle mostly contains solid particles, so the grille placed in the pump tank should meet the requirements of the particles that the slurry pump can pass through, so as to reduce the possibility of blockage caused by excessively large particles or long-fiber materials entering the pump body. sex.
