 BWED cycloid reducer is a kind of deceleration mechanism that applies the principle of planetary transmission, adopts cycloid needle wheel meshing, and has advanced design and novel structure. In most cases, this kind of reducer has replaced two-stage and three-stage ordinary cylindrical gear reducers and cylindrical worm reducers, and has been increasingly widely used in military industry, aerospace, metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical industry, shipbuilding, light industry, food, textiles, printing and dyeing, pharmaceuticals, rubber, plastics, and lifting and transportation.    Common cycloid reducers are mainly divided into two series, x and B. Their characteristics are as follows: 1. X planetary cycloid reducer is allowed to be used in continuous operation, and it is allowed to operate in both positive and negative directions.    2. The rated speed of the input shaft is 1500 revolutions per minute, and 1000 revolutions per minute is used when the power is greater than 18.5 kilowatts.    3. XWE. The working positions of XWED cycloid reducers are all horizontal. When used in tilt, the maximum tilt angle is generally less than 15°. When it exceeds 15°, other measures should be taken to ensure adequate lubrication and prevent oil leakage.    4. The output shaft of the reducer cannot be subjected to large axial and radial forces, and other measures must be taken when there are large axial and radial forces.    Product features 1. The transmission ratio is large. When the first stage decelerates, the transmission ratio is 1/6--1/87. The transmission ratio for two-stage deceleration is 1/99--1/7569; for three-stage transmission, the transmission ratio is 1/5841--1/658503. In addition, multi-stage combinations can be used as needed, and the speed ratio can reach the specified maximum.    2. High transmission efficiency. Since the meshing part adopts rolling meshing, the general first-stage transmission efficiency is 90% -95%.    3. Compact structure, small size and light weight. Compared with ordinary cylindrical gear reducers, the volume can be reduced by 2/1--2/3.    4. Less failures and long life.The main transmission meshing parts are manufactured by grinding bearing steel, so the mechanical properties and wear resistance are good, and because it is rolling friction, there are fewer failures and long life span.    5. Smooth and reliable operation. Because the transmission process is multi-tooth meshing, it makes it run smoothly and reliably with low noise.    6. Easy to disassemble and assemble, easy to repair.    7. It has strong overload capacity, impact resistance, and small moment of inertia, which is suitable for frequent starting and forward and reverse transfer.
