Air pressure tank installation
1. In the heating system, it is recommended to install the air pressure tank in the place where the water temperature of the system is relatively low. Generally, it is installed at the return water end of the system and the cold water inlet end of the hot water storage tank. The expansion tank of 24L and below can be directly connected to the system pipeline due to its light weight. In order to prevent the pressure tank from entering water and its own weight during operation and causing a large load on the system pipeline, the expansion tank above 24L has its own tripod bracket. Metal hoses can be used to connect the pressure tank to the system, and the pressure tank can be fixed with buried screws. Feet to ensure stability during use.
2. A safety valve should be installed near the air pressure tank to avoid damage to the air pressure tank and other components of the system when the system pressure is abnormal.
3. In the closed circulation system of heating and air conditioning, the air pressure tank cannot be installed at the water outlet of the water pump, which may cause cavitation of the water pump.
4. The pressure tank is delivered from the factory, and the pre-charge pressure has been set, generally 1BAR-4.0BAR. If the user thinks that the pressure is not suitable for the operation of the system, he must use a pressure gauge to test while charging and deflating, or contact the supplier. Charge and deflate without authorization.
