 Product overview of YG vertical pipeline oil pump
      YG series pipeline centrifugal oil pump is designed by the scientific and technological personnel of the unit and domestic water pump experts to select the domestic excellent hydraulic model, using the performance parameters of IS centrifugal pump, and ingeniously combined design on the basis of ordinary vertical pumps. Different media, etc. are derived from the ISG type for hot water, high temperature, corrosive chemical pumps, and oil pumps. This series of products has the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving, low noise and reliable performance, and meets the requirements of the new National Ministry of Machinery JB/T53058-93. The products are designed and manufactured according to the international ISO2858 standard. In 1993, they passed the unified inspection of pipeline pump products of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. .

Product features of YG vertical pipeline oil pump
1. The pump is a vertical structure, the inlet and outlet diameters are the same, and are located on the same center line. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. The appearance is compact and beautiful, the floor space is small, and the construction investment is low. Can be used outdoors;
2. The impeller is directly installed on the elongated shaft of the motor, with short axial dimensions and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably arranged, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the operation of the pump, thereby ensuring the smooth operation of the pump. Low vibration and noise;
3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination, adopts imported titanium alloy sealing ring, medium-sized high temperature resistant mechanical seal and hard alloy material, wear-resistant seal, which can effectively increase the service life of mechanical seal;
4. Easy installation and maintenance, no need to dismantle the pipeline system, just remove the pump conjoined seat nut to extract all the rotor parts.
The main purpose of YG vertical pipeline oil pump
1. YG series vertical pipeline oil pump is suitable for conveying medium without solid particles, such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil and other petroleum products, the temperature is -20℃∽+120℃;
2. When the temperature of the oil medium being transported is T>120℃ or contains trace particles, the high temperature structure or the chemical pump structure can be selected.
Working conditions of YG vertical pipeline oil pump
1. The suction pressure is less than or equal to 1.0MPa, or the high working pressure of the pump system is less than or equal to 1.6MPa, that is, the suction port pressure of the pump + the pump head is less than or equal to 1.6MPa, and the static pressure test pressure of the pump is 2.5MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be specified separately when ordering, so that the overcurrent part and the connecting part of the pump are made of cast steel during manufacture.
2. Ambient temperature <40℃, relative humidity <95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is greater than 0.2mm.
Note: If the medium used is with fine particles, please specify when ordering, so that the manufacturer can use the wear-resistant mechanical seal.
