 1. Product overview:
 
    IRG type vertical single-stage hot water pipeline centrifugal pump is selected by SEALOCEAN Co., Ltd. scientific and technological personnel and water pump experts in the United Nations. The domestic excellent hydraulic model adopts the performance parameters of IS type single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump, and is cleverly combined and designed on the basis of general vertical pumps. At the same time, according to the use temperature, medium, etc., the ALG type is derived on the basis of applicable hot water, high temperature and corrosion-resistant chemical pumps and oil pumps. This series of products has the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving, low noise, and reliable performance. They meet the latest standard requirements of JB/T53058-93 of the Ministry of Machinery. The products are designed and manufactured according to the international ISO2858 standard. 
 
 Second, the main purpose:
 
    1. IRG type vertical single-stage hot water pipeline centrifugal pump is used to transport fresh water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to clear water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water delivery for high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire-fighting pressurization, long-distance transportation, hvac refrigeration circulation, bathroom and other heating and cooling water circulation pressurization and equipment supporting, the use temperature T<80℃. 
    2. IRG type vertical hot water pump is suitable for metallurgy, chemical industry, textiles, wood processing, papermaking, hotels, bathrooms, hotels and other boiler high-temperature hot water pressurized circulating transportation, as well as urban housing heating circulating pumps, the use temperature is below 120℃. 
    3. GRG type vertical high-temperature centrifugal pumps are widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textiles, papermaking, hotels, bathrooms, hotels and other boiler high-temperature hot water booster circulating pumps, and urban housing heating circulating pumps, the use temperature is below 240℃. 
   4. IHG type vertical single-stage stainless steel pipeline centrifugal pump for conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical, synthetic fiber and other sectors. The operating temperature is -20℃ ~120℃. 
    5. YG type pipeline oil pumps are used to transport petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene, and diesel. The temperature of the conveying medium is -20℃ ~ +120℃. 
    6. IHGB type vertical stainless steel explosion-proof chemical centrifugal pump, suitable for conveying flammable chemical liquids. 
    7. ISGD, IRGD, GRGD, IHGH, YGD, IHGBD vertical low-speed centrifugal pumps are suitable for occasions with low environmental noise requirements and air conditioning cycles. 
 
 Third, the characteristics:
 
    1. The IRG type vertical single-stage hot water pipeline centrifugal pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and is located on the same center line. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. It has a compact and beautiful appearance, covers a small area, and has low construction investment. It can be used outdoors if a protective cover is added. 
    2. The impeller is installed directly on the long axis of the motor, with short axial dimensions and compact structure. The bearing configuration of the pump and the motor is reasonable, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the operation of the pump, thereby ensuring the smooth operation of the pump, low vibration and low noise. 
    3. The shaft seal adopts a mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature-resistant mechanical seals and cemented carbide materials, wear-resistant seals, which can effectively extend the service life of mechanical seals. 
    4. It is easy to install and overhaul. There is no need to disassemble the piping system. As long as the pump coupling seat nut is removed, all rotor parts can be extracted. 
    5. The series and parallel application methods of pumps can be used according to the requirements of use, namely the flow rate and head. 
   6. The vertical and horizontal installation of the pump can be adopted according to the requirements of the pipeline arrangement. 
 
 Fourth, working conditions:
 
    1. IRG type vertical single-stage hot water pipeline centrifugal pump, the suction pressure is ≤1.0MPa when working, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is ≤1.6MPa, that is, the suction port pressure + pump head ≤1.6MPa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is ≤2.5MPa. Please indicate the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be proposed separately when ordering, so that the overcurrent part and the coupling part of the pump are made of cast steel during manufacturing. 
    2. The ambient temperature is <40℃ and the relative humidity is <40%. 
    3. The volume content of solid particles in the transported medium does not exceed 0.1 per unit volume, and the particle size is <0.2mm. 
    4. If the medium used is with fine particles, please specify when ordering so that our factory can adopt wear-resistant mechanical seals.
