This series of products are driving derices for chain grate boiler,which can make stepless speed regulation with wide range and high transmission efficienty.The product was developed in 1988 cooperated with the boiler research institutes,and we improve and innovate it continuously in practice.In 1992,we passed the quality detection practiced by jiangsu province gear quality inspection station and in August 1995,our products were evaluated to be the top-quality product by Chinese industrial boiler products examination center.

This product consists of 3K planetary gear structure9NGWN)and multi-stage gear transmission structure,equipped with electromagnetic speed adjustable motor(can also be equipped with frequency conversion motor or other motors according to user's requirement)for stepless speed regulation.We use crosshead slide block coupler which can easily adjust the output shafts of the chain grate stocker and the reducer coaxial.Our products are also equipped with reliable overload protection system,thtat ensure the operation of boilers and reducers safely and efficiently.This machine has the advantages including wide speed regulating range,low noise,easy installation,reliable quality and so on.It can be widely used as supporting devices for large transmission ratio and great torque bearing machamical equipments.
