1. Steel structure : customized torsion-resistant enclosed box girder profile which has reinforced plate inside . Compact structure design , straight and stable.

2. Anti-collision device : equipped with reinforced rubber buffer and infrared position limiter which is accurate , sensitive and long service life.

3. Anti-corrosion protection : three layers coating which will not less than 120μm after Sa2.5 class shot blasting pre-treatment .

4. Connection plate , high strength bolt and positioning pin for the girder and end carriage can make crane manufacturing and assembling easily .

5. Bearing : dust-proof , anti-friction , self-lubricating , and long service life .

6. Wheels : Mold forged by high quality steel , the hardness is HRC45-48 after heat treatment , which is compact and durable .
