Production Features

◆Materials: Single welding box girder, beam deflection with DIN/FEM standard steel material: Fe37 or Fe52 (Equal to Q235B and Q345B), Whole length CNC cutting for complete web plate, to ensure the precision and smooth curve shape of the camber. Automatic submerged are welded with NDT inspection shot-blasting Sa2.5 for complete girder after welding, to achieve stress release.

◆Connection: Main girders and end carriages are connected together by class 10.9 high strength bolts to ensure the structure and precision of the whole machine.

◆Painting: By 2~3 layers coating which is not less than 120μm with international brand paint. Good appearence and anti rust and corrosion performence.

◆Color: Differenct colour paiting can be customized by actual requirements. PHANTOM or RAL are both available for optional.

◆Packing: Each piece of steel structure will be well warpped and tied together for easy loading and unloading containers. And additional reinforced wires will be webbed inside the container for preventing cargo moving and impact .
