Main Features

◆Materials: Euro single girder box girder, with International standard raw steel material: Fe37 or Fe52 (Q235B and Q345B under GB standard), by CNC cutting from whole piece steel plate for guarantee the accurate and flat curve shape of the camber. Auto submerged are welded with NDT inspection, shot-blasting Sa2.5 for whole girder structure, and release the inner stress of materials.

◆Structure Combination: Main girders, end carriages and other steel structures are combined as one crane structure system by class 10.9 high strength bolts for guarantee the stable and accurate of the whole crane system.

◆Painting: By painting 2 and3 layers coating, thickness is not less than 120μm. Paint from world famous brand. Good looking and working performence on long time stand outside environment.

◆Color: Can be customzed by customer's request in differenct colour paiting. PHANTOM or RAL are both available for choice.

◆Packing: The steel structure will be well warpped and protected together for shipment loading and unloading into containers or even for truck transportation. Extra strong rope will be used inside the container for stop the steel structures moving and impact with each other.
