Bridge crane end truck kits are installed at the two end of main beam of overhead crane , supporting the bridge crane traversing along the runway beam . End carriage is composed of driving wheels , driven wheels , motor reducer , bumper , main girder connection plate , tube steel structure , bolts etc .

Whether used on top running overhead bridge cranes, underhung cranes , or even used for Electric powered A-frame gantry crane . SEALOCEAN crane end trucks are designed for various demanding conditions.

As an very important components of overhead bridge crane . Presently, two types of end truck are used mostly common , that’s Open gear end truck and hollow shaft end truck.

Bridge crane end truck kits core components :

Motor reducer :

Open gear end trucks ( also called open geared end carriage ) usually use Taiwan standard motor reducer , the reducer shaft head with gear . Widely used motor is Taiwan brand motor and Chinese local motor , with IP65 protection grade . Traveling speed usually reach 20m/min .

Hollow shaft end trucks ( also known as European model hollow shaft end carriage ) usually use Europe standard motor reducer , the gearbox usually use hollow shaft to putout . Widely used motors are Germany SEW , NORD , ABM motors or Chinese made top quality motors , with IP65 protection grade . Which make the crane end carriage travelling speed reach up to 40m/min .

Steel Frame Construction: The high-strength steel plate is used and the reinforcing ribs are welded inside to enhance the force.
Travel Wheels: using high strength ductile iron castings with high precision gear , machined at a NC machining center to ensure consistent and accurate tolerances. SEALOCEAN end carriage of crane usually use travel wheels with materials S45C , 42CRMO or even higher strength GGG70 . All the wheels are completed with deep grooved, shielded ball bearings.
Crane bumper : installed at the two sides of crane end carriage , to ensure the crane safety .

Open gear end carriage :

1. Reasonable price, compared with European model hollow shaft end carriage , it’s more cheaper .

2. Soft start gear motor, usually adopts Chinese brand or Taiwan brand top quality motors .

4. More suitable for light work duty.

5. Low speed.
