YBU, YBUS, YBUD series explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors for TBMs (hereinafter referred to as motors) are suitable for explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors for underground TBMs in coal mines, such as cutting motors, pumping station motors, shovel motors, two-transport motors, etc.It can be used safely in mines with an altitude of not more than 1000 meters, an ambient temperature of -20℃~+40℃ (air-cooled motor) or 0℃~+40℃ (water-cooled motor), a relative humidity of not more than 95% (at a temperature of 25℃), and a mixture of methane and explosive gases.

3 Conditions of use
3.1 Environmental conditions for motor use
The motor should be able to operate at rated speed under the following conditions：
A) The altitude does not exceed 1000m
B) For air-cooled motors, the ambient air temperature is -20℃~+40C; for water-cooled motors, the ambient air temperature is 0C~+40℃.
C) The relative humidity of the air is not greater than 95%RH (at 25℃);
D) Underground coal mines with the risk of methane mixture and coal dust explosion

5 Structural features
This motor is of mine explosion-proof type, the shell has a water-cooled structure, and the overall protection level is IP44.The motor is composed of a frame, a stator core with winding, a rotor, an end cap, a bearing and other parts.
5.1 Chassis structure
The chassis is welded with Q235-A steel plate.
5.2 Stator structure

5.5 Bearing and sealing structure
The motor meter uses a two-bearing structure, the shaft extension end is 6314, and the inner and outer sides of the bearing are provided with sealing structures, of which the outer side is the skeleton oil seal; the outlet end is a 6314 bearing, and the inner cover sealing structure is a felt oil seal.
5.6 Junction box structure
The junction box is installed on the rear end cover and has 6 terminal blocks, which can perform star angle conversion of 660/380V voltage.
