1　The product is applicable to the industry and the machinery

YBZE series explosion-proof electromagnetic brake three-phase asynchronous motors for lifting are equipped with electromagnetic brakes on the basis of YBZ series explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors for lifting; YBZSE series explosion-proof two-speed electromagnetic brake three-phase asynchronous motors for lifting The motor is based on the YBZS series of explosion-proof two-speed three-phase asynchronous motors for hoisting with electromagnetic brakes. It is mainly used for the electric drive and braking of various types of explosion-proof hoisting machinery. It has a large overload capacity and a relatively high overload capacity. High mechanical strength. Therefore, it is especially suitable for equipment that runs short-term or intermittently, frequently starts and brakes. The explosion-proof performance of the motor meets the requirements of GB3836.2-2 "Explosion-proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environment Part 2: Explosion-proof Type "d"". The flameproof explosion-proof marks are ExdI, ExdⅡAT4, ExdⅡBT4 and ExdⅡCT4. It is suitable for underground equipment in coal mines and factories at ⅡA, ⅡB, and ⅡC levels, where the ignition temperature group is T1-T4 group of flammable gases or explosive mixtures formed by vapor and air.

YBZSE series of explosion-proof two-speed electromagnetic brake three-phase asynchronous motors for hoisting can simplify the deceleration mechanism of hoisting machinery and obtain stable low-speed operation, accurate in place, safe and reliable.

The electric motor is equipped with a spring-loaded electromagnetic safety brake, which is released when power is supplied and braked when power is off. It has a wide range of applications and is convenient and fast to use and maintain, safe and reliable.

Selection Guide

Field application conditions

1　 altitude

No more than 1000m (if used at an altitude of more than 1000m, it should be handled in accordance with the provisions of GB755)

2　Humidity

The average maximum relative humidity of the wettest month is 95%, and the average minimum temperature of the month is not higher than 25℃.

3　Ambient temperature

Class 155 insulation is suitable for general places where the ambient air temperature does not exceed 40°C, and class 180 insulation is suitable for metallurgical places where the ambient air temperature does not exceed 60°C. The minimum ambient air temperature is -25°C. The motors of the two insulation classes have the same technical parameter. (If the motor is specified to apply when the ambient temperature is higher or lower than the above regulations, it should be handled in accordance with the regulations of GB755)

4　Voltage and frequency

Rated voltage: 380V

Rated frequency: 50Hz

5　Motor reference work system

YBZ, YBZE series are: S3-40%

YBZS and YBZSE series are: high speed S3-25%; low speed S3-15%

According to user requirements, it can also be produced according to other work systems.

6　Motor thermal classification

155 level, 180 level

7　Motor protection level

IP54 and IP55 (other protection levels can also be designed separately according to user requirements)
