Structural features

The motor adopts a box-shaped structure, and the frame is welded into a box-shaped steel plate, which is light in weight and good in stiffness. An air-to-air cooler is installed on the top of the motor.

The stator adopts an external pressure structure, and the stator winding adopts Class F insulation material.

The squirrel cage rotor is a cast aluminum structure, manufactured by advanced and reliable cast aluminum industry or welding technology, and has been checked for dynamic balance, so the motor runs smoothly and reliably.

The bearing adopts seat type sliding bearing.

The main junction box is placed on the right side of the motor (viewed from the shaft extension), or it can be placed on the left side according to user requirements. Separate grounding terminals are provided inside and outside the junction box.

According to customer requirements, temperature measuring devices can be added to important parts such as stator windings and bearings to facilitate on-site observation and remote monitoring to ensure safe and reliable operation of the motor.

If the user needs, the motor with power above 2000KW can be equipped with a differential protection device in the junction box.
