ZD, DY series cone-rotor three-phase asynchronous motors are enclosed, self-fan-cooled, cage-type motors with brakes, and are dedicated motors for electric hoists.

The ZD series and ZDY series motors have a firm and reliable structure. With strong overload capacity and convenient adjustment, ZD series motors are suitable for electric hoist lifting or mechanical devices that require large braking torque; ZDY series motors are suitable for electric hoist operation or mechanical devices that require small braking torque. Working mode: intermittent rated S3 work system, its load duration is divided into 25%, 40%, 60%, 25% is the reference load duration, each cycle is 10min, the rated voltage is 380V, the rated frequency is 50Hz , The insulation class is B grade.

ZD series and ZDY bases do not have feet, the mounting hole is on the flange of the front cover (1MB5), ZD series motors have large flanges on the transmission end cover, ZDY series motors have small flanges, and the shaft extension uses rectangular splines For connection, the rectangular spline meets the requirements of GB1144-77 "Rectangular Spline Connection".
