1 . Overview

YAKK, YAKS series high-voltage increased safety three-phase asynchronous motors (frame size 355～1000) are designed and manufactured by our company on the basis of introducing and absorbing German Siemens high-voltage motor manufacturing technology, combined with our company’s long-term stable production of high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors. A series of products developed based on experience.

This series of motors adopts new technologies, new materials, and new processes in the 1990s, with exquisite material selection, sophisticated manufacturing, small size, light weight, high power, high efficiency, low noise, low vibration, safe and reliable operation, convenient use and maintenance, etc. .

3. Structure description

This series of motors adopts the internationally popular box structure, the base, end cover and other parts are welded with steel plate, and the bearing adopts the end cover spherical sliding bearing, which has the advantages of strong load capacity, convenient maintenance and assembly. The motor is light in weight and rigid. Remove the cooler to observe or access the inside of the motor, which is convenient for installation and maintenance. The stator adopts F-class insulation, and the stator coil is wound with double glass-fiber-coated film tape wrapped copper rectangular wire. It has high electrical strength, mechanical strength, insulation performance, moisture resistance and heat resistance after winding the main insulation and VPI as a whole dipping varnish. stability.

The rotor adopts a copper bar structure, and a reliable welding process is adopted between the guide bar and the end ring, and reliable measures are taken to prevent the guide bar from breaking. After high-precision calibration and balance, the motor runs smoothly and has low vibration. The high-voltage junction box is a sealed structure, with a large wiring cavity and a cable joint position. The junction box is on the right side of the motor (viewed from the shaft extension). When the motor power is 2000kW and above, an auxiliary junction box is set on the other side of the main junction box of the motor, which is used for the neutral point connection of the motor stator three-phase winding and the differential protection of the motor.
