ZYB booster fuel pump (ZYB slag oil pump) adopts self-sealing lubrication, automatic gap adjustment structure, and all parts are made of high wear-resistant materials. It has the characteristics of compact structure, good self-priming, high efficiency and strong adaptability. When the conveying liquid contains impurities, the working life of the pump is more than 10 times longer than that of ordinary gear pumps.

　　The design of the ZYB booster fuel pump fully considers the interchangeability with KCB series ordinary gear pumps. The shape, installation size and technical parameters are exactly the same as those of KCB series gear pumps. Therefore, this type of pump is also called the KCB series “powerful type”, which shows the important characteristics of long life and stable pressure of the pump when conveying lubricating and impurity-free media.

　　This type of ZYB slag oil pump is suitable for conveying heavy oil, diesel oil, coal tar with a temperature of not higher than 200°C and a viscosity of not more than 150mm2/S containing non-metallic impurities, as well as various media with impurities and less lubrication in grain and oil, chemical industry, building materials, daily chemicals and other industries.
