Overview：

LXLZ two-phase flow pulp pump，The hydraulic design of the pump is based on the principle of "relative suction, relative obstruction" in two-phase flow theory，So that the hydraulic performance of the pump flow components meet the law of solid-liquid two-phase flow,Thereby reducing the slurry on the flow through the parts of the erosion and wear, greatly improving the efficiency of the pump and life.Over the years the actual operation of the long-term examination shows that the series has the following characteristics of the pump：
1、High efficiency,saving energy：running efficiency is 3-10% higher than normal pulp pump,save 15-30% energy.
2、Good NPSH,long working life：2-3 times longer working lift than normal pulp pump.
3、High density,no clog：Convey pulp density can reach 6%
4、Rational construction,convenient maintenance：Pump head part of the front and rear door structure, maintenance without the need to dismantle the pipeline, just move the motor back, you can remove and repair the pump

Application range：
1、Paper making：For the transport of the concentration of 6% in the pulp and alkali recovery process of the media circulation, lifting and pressurization；
2、Sugar making：For the transport of syrup of 1 the concentration of ≤4%，viscosity ≤150mm2/s；
3、Urban sewage industry：For the sewage treatment process medium circulation, lifting and pressurization.
