1. Overview of DT desulfurization pump
The DT type desulfurization pump is mainly used for the absorption tower circulating pump. The material is basically high chromium alloy, A49, Cr30A, etc. This series of pumps comprehensively applies the advantages of similar products at home and abroad in the hydraulic design, structural design and casting materials. Innovation. It has the characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, low vibration, low noise, reliable operation, long service life and convenient maintenance. The pump casing of the DT series desulfurization circulating pump is a single-layer casing structure. The impeller and the shaft are connected by thread, and the shaft seal is mechanically sealed. The suspension part is lubricated with thin oil. Impellers, volutes, rear guards, etc. of the overcurrent components are all made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant high-chromium alloy materials developed by our factory.
2. Application scope of DT desulfurization pump
This series of desulfurization pumps are widely used in electric power, metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical industry and other industries. Coal mills transport coal slime and heavy medium coal preparation, coastal river mining operations transport ore slurry, etc. The maximum weight concentration it can handle is: mortar 45%, ore pulp 60%, the chloride ion content in the slurry is as high as 60000ppm, the pH value of the slurry is allowed to be between 4-13, the slurry temperature is ≤ 65 ° C, the slurry The weight concentration Cw can be as high as 60%.
