Overview of W-type vortex pump
W-type vortex pump is a single-stage cantilever vortex pump , and the pump's inlet and outlet directions are vertical upward. The vortex impeller can move freely in the axial direction on the shaft to ensure that the gap between the impeller, the pump body and the pump cover is equal on both sides, and the paper pad can be used to adjust the gap. The shaft seal of the pump is divided into two types: packing and single-end mechanical seal. The pump and the motor are assembled on a common base.
W-type vortex pump is used to transport liquids with a temperature of -20℃～+80℃ and a viscosity not greater than 5E, non-corrosive and no solid particles. The pump has the characteristics of small size, light weight, elegant appearance and easy maintenance. It is suitable for industrial production water in chemical, petroleum, light textile, electric power and other factories and mines, boiler water supply, heating water supply, high-rise buildings, fire protection, heat removal and circulating water supply. It is widely used in the manufacture of frozen heatstroke prevention and cooling beverages and high-pressure water supply for disinfection of canteens and catering utensils. The pump has a large flow of 14.4m3/h and a small flow of 0.7m3/h; the large head is 105m and the small head is 20m; the supporting power is 11kW and 0.75kW; the speed is 2900r/min.
