Compared with ordinary cylindrical worm reducer, CW arc cylindrical worm reducer has the advantages of compact structure, small volume and light weight. There are four types of worm reducer with worm tooth profile ZC1: basic arc cylindrical worm reducer, shaft-mounted arc cylindrical worm reducer, vertical arc cylindrical worm reducer, ZC1 type two-stage worm and gear- Worm reducer.
CW type circular arc cylindrical worm reducer (JB/T 7935-1999) adopts carburized, quenched and ground ZC1 worm drive, which has large bearing capacity, high transmission efficiency and long service life. Suitable for metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, chemical industry, construction, building materials, energy, light industry and other industries, it is a universal reducer with a wide range of applications.
Working conditions: The worm speed does not exceed 1500r/min; the working environment temperature is -40 ~ 40 ℃, when the working environment temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the lubricating oil is heated to above 0 ℃ before starting, or the lubricating oil with low freezing point is used , when the working temperature is higher than 40 ℃, take cooling measures; the reducer can run forward and reverse.
