1. Product overview and scope of application

KYN28A—12 armored mid—mounted AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a product designed and developed by our company on the basis of absorbing domestic and foreign manufacturing technology. It can replace various old-fashioned metal-enclosed switchgear, such as KYN1-12, KYN2-12 and other products.

Its products have the following obvious advantages：

1.The shell of the product is completely made of aluminum-zinc-coated steel plate processed by CNC machine tools and assembled with bolts after multiple bending and forming. It has high model strength, which effectively ensures the cleanliness and aesthetics of the product. The cabinet door is coated with spray, which has strong impact resistance and ability.The product shell has an IP4X protection level.(It can be changed to iron plate according to customer needs).

2.The main switch of this product can be equipped with ABB's VD4 vacuum short circuit and C3 series fixed load switch. At the same time, it can also be equipped with a variety of domestic vacuum short circuit devices (such as VS1) to replace similar foreign products.

3.No matter what kind of short circuit it is, its bare conductor air

The insulation distance can be greater than 125mm, and the composite insulation is greater than 60mm.Its circuit breakers have the advantages of long life, less maintenance and small size.

4.KYN28A-12 armored center-mounted AC metal-enclosed switchgear is suitable for 3.6~12KV three-phase AC 50Hz power grid, which is used to accept and distribute electrical energy, and to control, monitor and protect the circuit.It can be used for single busbar, single busbar segmented system or dual busbar system.The switchgear complies with the requirements of IEC298 "AC Metal-enclosed switchgear and control equipment with Rated Voltage above 1KA and Below 52KA", IEC694 "Common Terms for High Voltage Switches and Control Equipment" and DIA04 "Ordering Conditions for AC switchgear with Rated Voltage above 1KA", German DIN, VDE0670 "AC switchgear with Rated Voltage above 1KA" and other standards.And it has a perfect and reliable anti-misoperation function.

3. Normal conditions of use

1.Ambient air temperature: the upper limit is 40oC, the lower limit is -10oc.

2.Relative humidity: The daily average value is not greater than 95%, and the monthly average value is not greater than 90%.

3.Altitude: No more than 1000m, (when used in areas not exceeding 1000m above sea level, it shall be handled in accordance with the technical requirements specified in JB/Z102).

4.Earthquake intensity: no more than 8.

5.There is no danger of fire, explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosive agents and severe vibration.
